Internet addiction

Internet addiction refers to a level of internet use that causes problems in relationships and everyday life. A lot of the ways in which we use the internet causes the body to release dopamine (the body's feel-good chemical) which can lead to obsessive pleasure-seeking behaviour if abused long-term.
