Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing uses eye movements as a means of coming to terms with painful memories. Moving their finger back and forth, your EMDR therapist will ask you to follow their finger whilst you recount a difficult event, and then move your focus to positive thoughts.
