    Counsellor

    90 Park Lane

When life becomes to much and you need a helping hand counselling can help you feel understood and listened to so you can make sense of it all and make positive changes to your life. I can offer you a non-judgmental environment in which to express and explore your thoughts and feelings in a way that may not be possible with a family member or friend. I am aware that considering counselling can be a daunting experience but, by looking for a counsellor, you've taken a step towards helping yourself. Maybe you........Struggle with difficult decisions, feel guilty about decisions you make, worry what other's think, feel worried/anxious/low/out of sorts or misunderstood, sometimes find that every day life challenges are overwhelming or worry that friends or family members will judge you if you talk to them. Many people enter therapy knowing what they want to work on, while others don’t. Either way finding the right counsellor is essential. I am aware that deciding on and meeting a therapist for the first time can be an overwhelming experience for most people. That's why I offer a reduced cost initial session (£30 - for 1 hour) so you can decide if I'm the right fit for you and I can decide if I'm in a position to help you. Regular sessions are £40 for 50 minutes. I provide counselling in a peaceful and comfortable environment where you will be met with warmth, understanding and compassion.
